The Duran Shop does not store or retain your payment card information.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

The Duran Shop reserves the right to limit quantities purchased by any customer, household, or order, particularly where we reasonably believe purchases are being made for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.

7. Shipping and Delivery

The Duran Shop ships to many countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address supplied at checkout is accurate and complete. The Duran Shop shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Eligible Products may generally be returned within the period specified in our Refund & Returns Policy, provided they are returned unused, unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Before returning any item, customers should contact our Customer Support team for return instructions.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned Products have been received and inspected by The Duran Shop.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error or the delivery of defective or incorrect Products.

Items that are personalized, custom-made, digital, gift cards, or identified as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return unless faulty or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Gift Cards

The Duran Shop may offer electronic gift cards (“Gift Cards”) for purchase through the Site.

Gift Cards:

• may only be redeemed through The Duran Shop;
• are non-transferable except where required by law;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be resold without our written consent;
• may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards expire 180 days after the date of purchase.

If an order is paid partly or wholly using a Gift Card and a refund is approved, the refunded amount paid using the Gift Card will be credited back to the original Gift Card balance wherever possible.

The Duran Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, unauthorized, or incorrectly addressed Gift Cards once they have been delivered electronically.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, The Duran Shop may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, loyalty rewards, or other special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes;
• promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period;
• promotions apply only while stocks last;
• promotional discounts have no cash value;
• promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

If Products purchased using a promotional offer are subsequently returned, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the actual price paid after application of the relevant promotion.

Where an order qualified for a free gift or promotional item, that item must also be returned if returning the qualifying Products for a full refund.

The Duran Shop reserves the right to cancel promotions or refuse discounts where fraud, abuse, technical errors, or misuse are reasonably suspected.

• any Products purchased through the Site;
• delays in delivery;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the relevant Products giving rise to the claim.
