These Terms of Service and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms of Service have been designed for use within the Republic of Cyprus and under Cypriot law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the Republic of Cyprus, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the Republic of Cyprus complies with any applicable non-Cyprus laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and The Duran Shop for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be dispatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice (please refer to our Refund Policy). A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate (please see delivery times and charges).
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you received you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused except to try on*, and with the original packaging.

Coupons & Promotions
The Duran Shop occasionally runs limited time promotions and/or offers discount coupons on merchandise sold through the web site.
- Extending the validity of promotions and/or coupons is at the sole discretion of the theduranshop.com.
- Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or offers unless specifically noted.
- Coupons, offer codes and promotions may also be withdrawn or ended at any time without prior notification.
- Limited edition items are offered for a limited time or a limited number. It is at the discretion of theduranshop.com to re-introduce or make available after the promotional time period or available stock have ended.
Terms & Conditions to the “Free Shipping” Promo
– This promotion is effective from 10 July 2025.
– Value of merchandise in cart at time of checkout must be equal to or in excess of $70.00 (Seventy Dollars US only) for free shipping to apply.
– If value of merchandise in cart is less than $70.00 (Seventy Dollarts US only), then cost of shipping will be applied.
– Free shipping applies only to standard/flat rate shipping. If express shipping option is selected, full shipping rate is payble by customers.
– Certain items and shipping to specific countries may be completely excluded from the this offer.
– Promotional offer cannot be combined with other offers/discounts/promotions.
– Promotion is valid through Sunday 27 July 2025 and can be extended at the sole discretion of The Duran Shop.
Refunds
Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our ‘buy four items and get the cheapest free’ and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the three kept items.
If all items from an order are returned, any free gift included with that order must also be returned.
The Duran Shop eGift Cards
We offer eGift Cards which can be purchased only from The Duran Shop. These are sent to the beneficiary via email to the email address nominated when completing the order. These can be downloaded and printed.
eGift Cards cannot be replaced for cash or credit on your account. A refunded voucher will go back to the voucher purchaser on the method they bought the voucher. If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund is requested, the portion paid by the eGift Card will be retuned to the eGift Card.
All eGift Cards expire 180 days from the day purchased. eGift Cards can be fully or partially redeemed and no other promotional discount codes can be applied to purchases with eGift Cards. If the purchase amount exceeds the eGift Card amount, you can pay the additional amount with the other payment methods provided. If you have an account with us you will be able to see your Gift Card balance in your “My Account” area. Guest purchasers can contact our customer services team to find out their balance. The eGift Card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.
The Duran Shop will not be responsible for the use of eGift Cards that are lost or stolen and subsequently used without your authorization.

Payment & Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. All transactions are shown in $USD (United States Dollars). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in $USD (United States Dollars) and where appropriate are inclusive of VAT or sales tax at the current rate where applicable. Specifically, if your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your VAT/sales tax will be zero. Orders dispatched to EU member countries, the UK, Norway or Switzerland include the applicable national VAT/sales tax.
Our Guarantee to You
We endeavor to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We are not responsible for delays due to any ongoing work stoppages within ewach delivery country. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of your order. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we do not accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
